This cozy home was updated in 2005 and is in the most sought after neighborhood in Englewood. New bathroom vanities and counters have been installed in November 2008. This is a quiet community, but close to all amenities. Minutes away from Englewood Beach (exactly 2 miles) and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

House is tiled throughout, freshly painted plus a new kitchen. This is a two bedroom split with full beds as well as a sofa that is a pullout queen size bed. Sliding door wall opens up onto “Florida Room”. Attached one car garage, TV with cable in living room as well as DVD/VCR, TV with cable in master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker in refrigerator, built in dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer. Telephone is hooked up for local service only.

$500 security deposit required - refundable after property inspection and key returned. Security deposit required to hold rental and full payment required one month prior to rental. All payments must clear bank prior to occupancy. BEST PART - taxes included and no cleaning fees!

  • Very comfortable house,clean,and perfect for four people. Had a wonderful time and close to beautiful Englewood Beach. New kitchen is bright and has all of the amenities needed. Lots of books on hand to take to the beach with you. Will be back.
