This cozy home was updated in 2005 and is in the most sought after neighborhood in Englewood. New bathroom vanities and counters have been installed in November 2008. New roof in October 2011. This is a quiet community, but close to all amenities. Minutes away from Englewood Beach (exactly 2 miles) and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
House is tiled throughout, freshly painted plus a new kitchen. This is a two bedroom split with full beds as well as a sofa that is a pullout queen size bed. One bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite and second bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall. Sliding door wall opens up onto “Florida Room” where you can relax for "cocktail hour" with the windows open and the breezes flowing through. Attached one car garage, TV with cable in living room as well as DVD/VCR, TV with cable in master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, built in dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer.
$500 security deposit required for long term renters/$200 security deposit required for weekly renters - refundable after property inspection and key returned. Security deposit required to hold rental and full payment required one month prior to rental. All payments must clear bank prior to occupancy. BEST PART - utilities included, basic cable included, no pet fees and no cleaning fees!

This rental was perfect for our stay in Englewood with spacious & comfortable rooms, full amenities and close to everything! The owners are professional and go out of their way to be helpful! Rent with confidence. I would not hesitate to stay at this house in the future!

Very comfortable house,clean,and perfect for four people. Had a wonderful time and close to beautiful Englewood Beach. New kitchen is bright and has all of the amenities needed. Lots of books on hand to take to the beach with you. Will be back.
