Why the Owner Chose Castle Rock Lake
We built this home on Castle Rock Lake and it was our primary residence for 11 years. When we moved due to a job transfer, we decided to keep the house that was so dear to us and our children and rent it during the times we were unable to use it. We are so fortunate to be able to share the peace and tranquility of our home and still be able to take our kids there to see old friends and continue the memories. Every time we go, they run through the house checking each room to make sure it is the same! They never tire of catching turtles and frogs in the paddle boat, building "forts" in the woods or spending their days out on the lake. We hope you too will enjoy our home and all that Castle Rock Lake has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Close to many restaurants, a marina, gas station and improved boat launch - yet on a calm, protected bay just off Castle Rock Lake, an ideal setting. Enjoy high speed internet, cable TV, a paddle boat, play set and "fort" built by our kids. We have some fishing poles, tackle boxes, life jackets and bikes in the garage that are available for use if needed. We are very kid and pet friendly!
A full marina with pontoon rentals, gasoline and a full service and sales department.
Fantastic casual dining on the shores of Castle Rock Lake. Nice public beach across the road.
