Visitors can also hop on Santa Barbara's State Street and Waterfront Shuttles, which stop just blocks away-the shuttles provide easy transportation along Cabrillo Boulevard to East Beach and the Santa Barbara Zoo, or up State Street to Santa Barbara's downtown, featuring wonderful shopping, incredible dining, salons, and a top-class health fitness center, to which guests have complimentary access. Taormina's personal concierge service can arrange additional activities or transportation as well, including tours of the California's Central Coast wine country. A trip to the beach is easy from Taormina; we provide beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, sand toys for the children, beach towels, and lounge chairs. And you don't need to go out to relax-enjoy the sun from Taormina's large rooftop deck, featuring seated dining for 6-8, chaise lounge chairs, a gas barbecue grill, fireplace, gorgeous plants, and fountain.
