This remarkable villa will bathe you in the finest Mediterranean luxury and convenience, within easy walking distance of everything Santa Barbara has to offer. Starting at the hand-painted mural entryway, and climbing to the spacious and richly furnished rooftop view terrace, every detail is designed for your ultimate comfort. Over 2000 square feet plus extensive finished outdoor areas, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.
General Furnishings
The beds all feature 420 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down pillows and Venetian raw silk bed coverings. The bathrooms include fluffy cotton linens, plush bathrobes, and candles, oils and scents to please the senses. When dining, you'll have a variety of Tuscan-painted china tableware, crystal stemware, decorative flatware and fine Italian table linens. You'll walk on fine wool decorative carpets accenting a mix of hardwood and Portofino stone floors. You'll enjoy cozy privacy from stunning custom-made silk draperies throughout. Custom antique lighting and sconces everywhere, dramatic wall hangings, mirrors and urns finish the interior in ultimate elegance.
