King-size bed in master bedroom with bathroom connecting to master bedroom and hallway, Queen-size bed in second bedroom on upper level; Twin beds with hall bathroom on main level, Queen-size pullout sofa in living room on main level. Full kitchen. Washer & Dryer. Renters need to provide all linens, towels and paper goods.
We are a 10-unit condominium with some owners living in their units full-time during the summer. We ask for your courtesy and cooperation in helping to provide a quiet and relaxing experience for all condo owners and guests. Loud noises, parties and overcrowding of the unit will result in loss of rental privileges and possible police response. Please vacation responsibly.
