The Terrace at Pelican Beach is part of the Resorts of Pelican Beach. The Terrace is just a short walk to the beach and there is tram service to the beach during the summer. No streets to cross to get to the beach.
Terrace guests have full use of the amenities at Pelican Beach Resort such as indoor pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center and tiki bar. The private beach is white sugar sand on the emerald coast. You may bring your own beach set-ups or rent them in season. For your convenience, in-season, there is a Deli Café and commissary on the property.
The Terrace is a little bit back from the beach, more quiet, the condos are bigger and the rent is less.
Big Kahunas Water & Adventure Park is across the street. Restaurants, groceries, shopping are all within walking distance. A short drive gets you to movie theaters, more shopping, golf, more restaurants, charter fishing fleet, Destin harbor, boat rentals, entertainment and much more.
This deluxe plus rated condo, located on the 10th floor has a terrific view of the gulf, beach, lake and harbor. Happy hours on the balcony for viewing the sunset are a must. Wake up to the beautiful views from the master bedroom with access to the balcony.

The Terrace at Pelican Beach is off the beach but just a short walk to the beach. This condo has a handy reserved parking space in the garage. With only 95 units in the building, it is much more quiet. Terrace guests have full use of the amenities at Pelican Beach Resort plus Terrace amenities.

We are Woody and Carol Rossbach. Have owned since 1999 but committed to pre-construction in 1997. It was great to watch the building being constructed.
We furnished and decorated this condo and have since upgraded with tile, Corian counters and new cabinet facings.
We hope you enjoy the condo and feel like you are at home in paradise.
