Wonderful! Our two weeks at Senga Na Lenga were fantastic! We have traveled to Eleuthera and The family islands for 15 years and consider Winding Bay the ultimate location. As the owner states, the home and easy access to the gentle bay was perfect for our two young granddaughters. We used the kyaks daily to paddle through the chanel to Half Sound to harvest lobster, grouper and hogfish. We bonefished right in front of the house, as well as in the Sound. Senga Na Lenga is exactly as pictured/portrayed on the website-no unpleasant surprises, which is not always the case in the out islands:) We had the good fortune of the owner being next-door for a few days-Paul so kindly took us sailing on his sailboat-great time! The "toys" included at Senga Na Lenga are in perfect condition (again, not to be taken for granted on Eleuthera ). This is the perfect location and home base for exploring the Island, interacting with the water or just enjoying the hammock in the cabana). We will definitely return to Senga Na Lenga! Thank you Paul and LaToya!

We have vacationed in Eleuthera for the past 7 years and have stayed at a number of different locations. Senga Na Lenga and Winding Bay are certainly near the top of the list. The location felt secluded, but it is just around the corner from Tarpum Bay and only a short ride from Rock Sound. The house is new, very well apointed, and in great condition. And everything worked! Winding Bay is perfect for young kids. The water in front of the house is shallow, calm, and crystal clear. We saw fish, rays, conch, and the most enormous starfish in shallow water just in front of the house. A short kayak ride to the end of the beach and we were in the Cut which goes through to Half Sound where we saw more fabulous fish, rays, and turtles. Paul was easy to deal with and Toya was just around the corner if we needed her. We would highly recommend this property and anticipate returning. It was a fabulous family vacation.

We left the states a stressed out, overworked mess. Little did we know that paradise was only moments away. Our stay at Senga na Lenga was incredible and this will be a trip that we reflect on for the rest of our lives. The accomodations were perfect. We loved everything about our place. Winding Bay is such a great family location. Latoya takes care of everything locally so there really are "no worries"! My 7 year old son caught a 25 lb yellowfin tuna. He is still talking about it!

The guest cottage at Senga na Lenga was ideal lodging for our family of four. Both the house and grounds are clean and very well maintained. The Hobie Bravo, sea kayaks and water deck provided hours of water play. This was a great home base for our many beach and water explorations. The property manager, Latoya, is attentive and knowledgable. We had a fantastic family vacation on Winding Bay.

We had one of our best vacations ever at Winding Bay. The Senga Na Lenga villa was even nicer that what we were expecting. The property was very clean and in excellent condition. This is a great place for a family vacation. Our 3 boys (ages 8, 12, 15) enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking. If you'd like to explore other beaches I'd recommend renting a jeep, some of the roads going down to the beaches are rough. We went to lighthouse beach which had great snorkeling and surfer's beach, huge waves! Toya, the caretaker of the property, took excellent care of us, we felt right at home. Everyone in Eleuthera is very friendly. Thank you Toya and Paul for making this a fabulous vacation!

"Paul, Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. It was all and more than we expected. It had all of the beach supplies/activities, the tiki hut and water deck is sooo awesome. It was great to get there and see the kitchen was very well equipped, thank you for the items in the fridge, worked out great since we had a late arrival and didn't visit the market until the next day. Latoya and the gardner were great, your home exceeded our expectations. I appreciate your constant communication with me and your great service as well as your assistant. I would definitely recommend your home to my family and friends and look forward to staying at your home again in 2010 or 2011. Future guest should definitely go to the Fish Fry on Friday night at Govenors Harbour and try out Four Points Bar & Grill, great food............. Thanks again Paul....

We just got back from a week at Senga na Lenga and everything was just wonderful. The setting in Winding Bay is fantastic and the house itself is first class all the way. To top off this wonderful vacation house is the warm greeting and hospitality of the property's caretake Latoya Carey. She will make sure that you absolutely relax on your vacation. The house is situation wonderfully on Winding Bay and access to the intriguing Half Sound is just around the corner. We used the villa's kayaks to explore the calm waters on fantastic sealife of the sound. By renting Senga na Lenga you will have a great vacation with truly "no worries" enjoy!

Have stayed on the island 10 years in 5 different houses. This is the best of all those-private, new, beautifully decorated, well appointed with all amenities. Simply put the BEST.

We had the most relaxing holiday ever. Toya the caretaker took great care of us as did Paul's parents who were staying next door. I highly recommend going into Tarpum Bay around noon to buy your lobster from the fishermen and bringing it home to BBQ. We really felt at home here. All the amenities you can imagine are here. It even includes bikes (which isn't mentioned in the description). Loved it!

This property is even better than the photos. We could not have had a better time. Our two year old had so much fun without us having to sit over his shoulder worrying about what he could get into. The beach of winding bay was wonderful for him he could run in an out of the water without getting knocked over by the waves because there weren't any waves. I actually got to read a book, laying on a plastic recliner in the water while he ran around looking for starfish. If it got to hot we could just go under the cabana and play in the shade while still enjoying our beach. The beach went on for miles without a soul in site. We only saw 3 or 4 people on our beach during our whole stay. What more can you ask for in a vacation. Latoya the caretaker of the property was perfect anything we needed she was right there to provide....we did not need much, but she checked on us often so we got to ask her plenty of questions about what other excursions we wanted to do to other beaches. The rental she provided was great, way better than I expected and much better than what most of the other tourists we happened upon had. Rental of a 4X4 is a must if you want to go to any of the out of the way secluded beaches. If Winding Bay is to windy I suggest going over to Ten Bay it is beautiful and loaded with sand dollars. We even had maid service in the middle of the week, which we totally did not expect, so nice to come in from the beach and have to whole house refreshed all the towels and bed linens washed for us! I highly recommend 'Senga Na Lenga' it truly is a no worries paradise. We did not want to leave and we have not stopped talking or thinking about it since we came home. Our little guy keeps asking when we can go back to his "Hamas House" and believe me we are trying to figure out when we can get back as well. On a side note anyone planning to go should pack frozen meat, chicken, vegetables, fruit cups etc. We brought a whole suitcase of food and it worked out perfect. Food is somewhat expensive, but bringing a weeks worth of your own is really no big deal. We used suitcases that nest and just put the food suitcase packed with our clothes inside the other on the way home. It worked out perfectly.
