Our house is on a corner lot near the camp sites. Lot #M-5.
Our rental week is Sunday - Sunday in season. This is the first time it has been on the rental market. The house is about 3 years old. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 living rooms. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have Queen Beds and the 4th has 2 sets of bunks, twin/twin.
Bright beach color's throughout. The house has 2 covered porches and a deck on the side to overlook the campground. Walk to the beach in about 3 minutes, the house is about 100 yards from the beach.
There is room to park 3 cars underneath the house.
Ocean Lakes require a $3.00 per day, per car parking pass.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
May-Aug ...... $2400/week,
Jul 04 ....... $2500/week (Sunday-Sunday)
Sep-Mid May .. $1200/week (3 night minimum)
$200 security deposit, this is refunded within about 10 days after your stay
if the house is left clean and no damage is done.
1/2 of total rent to hold a date is due within 10 days of reservation.
Call for winter rate.
You must be 25 years old to sign rental agreement.
