Unique upside down house...Kitchen, Den and Master on Top Floor! Great spot to use the upper or lower deck to sit outside and catch a seabreeze or watch the golf carts and people go by. Close enough to the grocery store and small lake also that you could walk and go fishing or walk to the store or ice cream bar.
Rental is from Saturday - Saturday. Check in at 3:00 p.m. with check out by 10:00 .m. All bedrooms have queen beds except one which has a set of bunk beds, twin on twin. Walk to the beach in about 3 minutes....or walk to the pool area in about 3 or 4 minutes.
There is room to park 3 cars underneath the house.
Ocean Lakes require a $3.00 per day, per car parking pass.
No house parties
