Escape to the land that time forgot & still be 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore. Enjoy Beautiful Sunrises on the Back River and Chesapeake Bay.
This cozy 3 level single family home in Sparrow's Point has all you need to move right in. This is an older home but kept spotlessly clean.
Beautiful water views from the bedroom, living room, & enclosed porch/sunroom.
Live right next to a real Chesapeake Bay crabber. Just a bike ride away from beautiful North Point State Park & Fort Howard hiking & biking paths along the Bay and walking distance from grocery shopping, Churches, Fearl's Bait & Tackle, and the snowball stand.
Cozy environment with all the amenities of home without it all costing a bundle. You simply cannot beat (or even get close to) our prices. Spend the extra money on dinner's out at one of the Miller's Island Restaurants. Perfect for medical rotations of doctors/nurses/patients at nearby hospitals.

This was our first experience and it was a great one. Te Owner was very good with communication before during and after our stay. The place was even better than the pictures We thoroughly enjoyed having a place where we could relax and enjoy some quality time with the grand kids almost like being at home. Highly recommend this property for anyone in the Baltimore area.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

I have spent a total of ten months at this great house on two separate occasions as a medical student doing rotations at both Harbor and St. Agnes hospitals (it's a very easy drive to both). It is comfortable, cozy, and well equipped! The price cannot be beat, and the owner is absolutely wonderful! The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family needed a place to stay while my son had surgery in Baltimore, and this place fit the bill perfectly. I have to start by saying how wonderful the owner was to work with. We came up on the tail end of the worst blizzard Baltimore had seen in over 100+ years. The streets were one lane with snow piled higher than the vehicles. The owner was there waiting for us to arrive with the driveway shoveled and the house warm. He then took us around town to show us what was available since we were going to be living there for over a month. He made sure our stay was comfortable and worry-free. Very nice to not have to worry about livng quarters when we needed to focus on our son. The owner was available for contact during our entire stay. I emailed him one night to ask what he recommended for a sick child (other son), and by the time I woke up the next day, he had emailed me the names and directions of clinics that were near. The house was sizable enough to hold my family of 4 and 2 relatives that stayed for a week to help out, with room to spare. The neighborhood was safe, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The view off the back porch/pier was as beautiful during the blizzard as much as it was near the end of our stay when it was warm enough to wear shorts. Bring/buy enough bread to feed all the birds and ducks! We have to return to Baltimore in a few years for my son again. Our overall experience was such that this is the first place I will check on renting when we have to return.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/3

My family was looking for a place to decompress from the cares of this crazy world, and that is exactly what we found. The gorgeous sunrises and sunsets on the bay have a magical restorative power. By the end of the month, we were renewed and ready to go back to the real world. The neighbors on both sides of this home are both so nice. We felt welcomed right away. Do NOT miss the Wednesday specials at the local restaurant at the entrance to Millers Island. Friendly people and great shrimp at truly unbelievable prices. Also high up on my list of fun things to do was the American Visionary Arts Museum in Baltimore. This museum showcases the awesome talent of totally self taught artists. Folk art at its best. The Wittes are great to work with. I got my deposit back in the mail 3 days after I got home! I love working with honest people who represent their propertly accurately. We will definately be back!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/3

Truly the place to be anytime of the year! My wife and I were looking for a safe and affordable place to rent; we found much more than that! The plae is gorgeous, great location. Our landloard is wonderful to work with. We appreciate his constant comunication and availability anytime we had a question. We highly recomend this place for any couple or family that may want to get away for a week or even months. It is also ideal for traveling nurses that are assigned to Hopkins Bayview.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/2

A favorite at meal time is the large enclosed porch/sunroom facing the water.

We recently cut a hole in the living room to add another entrance to the porch.

Our favorite sport is relaxing on the end of the dock.
