Brand new condo in the heart of Tempe with travertine baths & flooring throughout (carpeting in bedrooms); crown molding; upgraded stainless steel appliances; gorgeous stainless steel tiled back splash; large walk-in closets; designer remote controlled fireplace & granite counter tops throughout. Gorgeous leather sofa and 42" wall mounted LCD over the fireplace provides a very welcoming living area. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted 26" LCD TVs. All rooms have DVD players. Located on the ground floor, security system in place, well-lit & very safe. Queen luxury supreme pillow-top mattress in Master Bedroom; two (2) twin supreme pillow-top mattresses in 2nd bedroom. There is a premium auto-inflatable high-end air-mattress that fits into the living area's sofa for additional sleeping space for 2 adults. More comfortable than the traditional sleeper sofa!

Super convenient location, just 1 mile from ASU (Arizona State University), a few minutes drive from the Phoenix Zoo, and close to two Spring Training Stadiums. Great shopping adventures nearby with the Arizona Mills Mall, the downtown eclectic shops of Mill Avenue, Tempe Marketplace just east of the Tempe Beach Park, and a few minutes drive to Downtown Scottsdale's Waterfront District. Dining options are limitless, and a grocery store is directly across the street. The free Tempe "Orbit" Shuttle stops directly adjacent to the property (runs 6am to 10pm), as does the city bus.
