Stroll on the beach or enjoy the view as you walk/jog/bike the paved trail along Scenic Gulf Drive / Old Highway 98.
Located just across the street from the beach in the quiet, highly desired Crystal Beach area of Destin, our Caribbean Dunes condo #218 is a 2nd floor end unit with a direct view of the Gulf. It is a comfortably furnished, non-smoking unit with bright beach décor. High speed internet through Cox Communications was recently installed.
Kitchen is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee and crock pots. Living room has TV/VCR/DVD and bedroom has TV/DVD. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also located inside the unit along with iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.
This master bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are bunk beds in the hallway and the living room sofa folds out to sleep two more guests for a total of six. The bathroom has a relaxing jacuzzi tub.
The beach is just steps from your door with public beach access conveniently located just across the street. A large lap sized pool and hot tub are located on property as well as barbecue grills. Free wireless internet access is available in the shared pool / hot tub area.
Café/coffee shop, restaurant, and bike rentals are located next door. Walking distance to Destin Commons Mall (including theater, Starbucks, and water features for the kids to play in on hot days), grocery, restaurants, and bowling alley. Only a short drive (minutes) to golf courses, water parks, mini-golf, Silver Sands outlet mall, and popular Baytowne Wharf, which has a very nice playground.
No rentals to anyone under 25 years old. No smoking and no pets allowed. No exceptions!

Why the Owner Chose Caribbean Dunes
We bought our Carribean Dunes condo because we love the Crystal Beach area of Destin. This area is quiet and peaceful, has bike and walking paths, and is close to shopping and restaurants. The sand is crystal white and the beach is larger and less crowded than some other beaches we've visited.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the close proximity to the beach and enjoy sitting on our balcony watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. We often go to the Destin Commons mall, which is located about .5 mile from our unit. There is also a bowling alley within walking distance and a restaurant, coffee shop, and bike rentals next door. There are golf courses and driving ranges nearby as well as a water park (The Big Kahuna) which our kids absolutely love! There are also scuba diving shops with daily trips and we frequent these often! And if you love to shop, check out the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, only a few miles away.

Hi! We are Jon and Rita Bennett of Las Vegas, NV. We both LOVE the ocean. We got married on the beach in Kauai. After discovering the beaches of Destin, we decided we had to have our own piece of this Paradise. It is a perfect place to take our kids and we enjoy golfing and scuba diving every chance we get!
