We enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely! As stated in the write-up, it was everything and more. The beds were comfortable and our granddaughters enjoyed the bunk beds for both naps and bedtime. Even though the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware, the lack of staples such as salt & pepper, sugar, was a challenge since we didn't intend to grocery shop; we wanted to spend our time enjoying the beach and pool. Then we were grateful for previous comments regarding paper products, dishwashing supplies, laundry detergent, etc as not enough are supplied for your stay. We especially appreciated the balcony. The view is spectacular! The beach was sun and fun! The girls (2 & 4 yrs old) LOVED the pool! We mostly had it to ourselves during our 4-day stay. The property was quiet and peaceful. The also appreciated the barbecue pits which appeared to be used by many other guests as well. Rita is easy to talk to and very helpful. All in all our stay was great! The area is gorgeous and the condo complex is a perfect choice for having fun in the sun! Everything is within an easy driving distance and if you like to walk, this is the place to be - there are plenty of sidewalks and the views are spectacular! We look forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this particular condo!!

Rita was so helpful to us because this was our first time to stay in a condo in Destin. The room was very clean and the balcony view of the beach was beautiful!! Also the condo is right next to a rental scooter shop that was super convenient!:) The condo is located across the street from the beach but is not a far walk at all. We walked across the street and put our toes in the sand in less than 3 minutes! The condo was located in the middle of everything. Were were 5 minutes away from the SanDestin outlet mall and down the street a little ways from Pompano Joes Restaurant!The condo was very affordable! I felt like we got a great deal staying here!! We will be coming back!:)

Our 2nd honeymoon was perfect; thank you Rita for making reservations a snap! My husband and I were so happy about the condos appearance (just like the pictures on VRBO) and location. So clean and comfortable - it was like being at home! Camille's restaurant right next door had the best sushi - YUM! and it was great not having to drive to get great coffee in the morning or great food. The property was so clean and quiet this is a huge plus for us. We will highly recommend your condo to our friends and family. Thank you again for a hassle free stay in beautiful Destin Beach, Florida!!!! We will back sooner than later!

Nice Home away from Home!

My sister, our children, & myself just returned and our accommodations were great. The condo is very nice, just as it is represented on the website. We absolutely LOVED the balcony. It was very nice to sit and drink coffee in the mornings and just watch the waves roll in. The fact that the unit was 1 BR had me concerned as to the spaciousness since there were 6 of us (2 adults & children ages 18, 17, 16, 9). However, we all fit comfortably and could use the balcony or the bedroom as a get away when we needed "alone time". Rita was great to work with. Although I haven't received my deposit yet, I am confident that I will in the designated time as she has already contacted me and said she was mailing it out. The agency that takes care of problems you may have during your stay was very courteous and helpful when our A/C went out on Sunday. I just made a call and within 20 minutes they had someone on their way. It was fixed in no time and we were very thankful. Here are a few tips I have for future guests. Please note that some of this may only apply to those with a larger number in their group. Take extra toilet tissue as you are only provided 2-3 rolls & paper towels (only 1 roll). If you will use the dishwasher more than 2 times, you'll need to bring dishwasher detergent. Remember, you'll have to start the dishwasher when you leave so that uses 1 of the packets provided. I would definitely stay here again if ever traveling in the area!

My New Favorite Vacation Spot!!

I have to say this was one of the best vacation spots I have ever been to! The condo is very cute, and has every amenity you would need...we felt at home immediately! My favorite part of the condo was the balcony, and it's amazing view! The short walk across the street to the beach is great, too. It was seriously only a two minute walk! The condo is also conveniently located right next door a great restaurant, Camille's, and just a short walk from, the Crab Trap. Rita provided awesome customs service, and made the transaction as easy as possible!! I loved everything about this trip, and plan to come back again!! :)

From the beginning this was a very positive rental and reservation. The location was accurate, the photos are good, but in all honesty don't do the property and location justice . . .very clean, well stocked kitchen and way bigger than I was expecting! The beautiful covered porch and ocean view was definitely the highlight of the stay! Rita (the owner) was beyond helpful, personable and able to answer all my questions! I've already recommended this property to a friend! For those who enjoy the outdoors, I'd highly recommend the 30A bike trail and the nature paths/state parks around it. The beachy neighborhood feel is great for walking too with all the different kinds of properties to check out and lush foliage.

Enjoyed our stay. Rita was very helpful and extremely professional in assisting us with our reservation. We have been to Destin before but had not stayed in this area. Nice and quiet with a "neighborhood" feel. Would be happy to stay here again.

Exciting Location

We loved every moment in this condo. It was neat and passed all of our expectations. The area was exciting and the view from the large and private balcony is wonderful. It was a short ride for shopping at Destin Commons, many restaurants and plenty of sights. Best for us was being able to walk accross the street to the beautiful white sand beaches. Beautiful Area and Cute Condo

My friends and I had a “girls week at the beach” and we had a fabulous time! The condo was cute and comfortable and had a wonderful view from the balcony. There was also a café right next door where we got morning coffee and went for dinner one night. It was also a very short drive to all the restaurants and stores one could imagine. We especially enjoyed the Outlets about 20 minutes from the condo. The paved sidewalk that went along Old Hwy 98 was perfect for running or walking and the pool was easy to access and clean. Rita was nice and made the rental process very easy. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend this condo to friends!

Spring weekend

I recently stayed in this unit and found it to be just as pictured. It was in a great spot at the end of the building, and the view of the gulf was perfect. I have stayed in this complex numerous times, and preferred this particular condo for it's location. It is not too far from the pool and grills, and the balcony gets nice shade all day from the palm trees. The surf shop next door wasn't a disturbance at all, and it was wonderful to walk just steps for a cup of coffee in the morning at the small cafe next to the surf shop. I will stay here again and recommend it to others!

Wonderful Beach Trip!

Had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters 16th Birthday! The condo was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and a wonderful view for my morning coffee on the balcony. Will most certainly take my husband and other 2 daughters next time. This was my first time to the gulf and loved it!

Spring Break Getaway

My teenage daughter and I just returned from this wonderful, comfortable condo. It is conveniently located just across the street from the beach. This part of the beach was very roomy and the water was emerald blue. Scenic 98 Hwy is lined by nice walkways great for walking. We took all the things in to do that are very close by - one of those shopping at the outlet. We discovered the delicious restaurant next door, Camille's. It has a restaurant opened for dinner at 5 and a walk in cafe style opened for lunch, We had great seafood and sandwiches from each. I learned that it is a sister restaurant of Harbor Docks in Fort Walton. I would return with my husband to this wonderful condo!

The Perfect Condo

We had stayed at various condos in the Destin area but this one is our all time favorite and it will always be our first choice if the unit is available on our vacation days. It has a very homey feeling and everything that you need. We love the old scenic Highway 98 area where it's not so crowded and busy, especially on our beach space which is less than a 5 minutes walk. You can watch the runners & bikers early in the morning from the balcony and also see the gulf from there. Our favorite sushi restaurant is right next door and all the shopping areas & other restaurants are within 10 minutes. The renting process is extremely painless and Rita (one of the owners) is so nice to us. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone - just don't book it on our vacation dates :o)
