This wonderful retreat is nestled in a quiet section of Pinetop Country Club, where you will be surrounded by majestic Ponderosa Pines at over 7200 ft in elevation. Enjoy all the great outdoors has to offer.
Whether it is breathing fresh mountain air, relaxing on our wooden porch swing, hiking local mountain trails, taking an adventurous bike ride, or just playing in the snow, how can you go wrong? There are several golf courses nearby, plenty of great fishing holes, and numerous shops or restaurants. The Hon-dah Resort & Casino is just 2 miles away and Arizona’s largest ski park, Sunrise Ski Resort is only 20 minutes away. There are plenty of summer and winter activities alike. FREE WiFi use!
The Great Room style home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft. Our covered front porch wraps around two full sides of the home. Inside you will enjoy all Pinewood flooring as well as vaulted Pinewood ceilings. There is a beautiful wood burning stove, antler chandelier, and full size pool table in the loft. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.
Two bedrooms are located downstairs. One room has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed set-up (1 full / 1 twin). The master suite has a queen bed and is located upstairs with its own TV.

Pictures do not do this property justice. The cabin is so inviting, the furnishings inside are well-kept and comfortable making it easy to feel at home during our stay. The teenagers enjoyed the Wi-fi to keep in contact with their friends. :) Appreciated the booklet about the city and nearby attractions. All communication between the owner and our party were quick and personal...no concerns arose during any part of our stay. Definately recommend to others traveling to Pinetop. Beautiful home and lovely people to work with. Thank you!

We stayed at Eagle Point Place back in July and can't say enough good things about it. We live in the Phoenix area, and not only was it a refreshing break from the heat, but so convenient and easy to get to. The drive was scenic, the setting is beautiful, and local lakes and forest were positively breathtaking. We could not have been more pleased with the house. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was so clean. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch for long lazy evenings on the bench swing. It was so great to feel removed from it all, but also have the ability to pop in to town for anything we needed in just a short drive. And the icing on the cake were the owners; so helpful and accommodating, We will almost certainly be back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Owners were wonderful - especially as we had a last minute reservation. The cabin was perfect, wouldn't change a thing. Cozy, well appointed, everything we needed was available. Believe the photos. And the pool table was a huge hit with my son. I wouldn't hesitate to provide a top reference to anyone considering this cabin for a rental - summer or winter.

Eagle Point Place is everything you will want in a cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at Eagle Point Place. It as two high quality queen beds and a double bunk bed which were all extremely comfortable. The cabin is beautifully done with wood floors and ceilings giving it a very warm cabin feel. The furniture is extremely comfortable with the ability to lounge in front of the tv, watch a movie, play games or simply enjoy the wood burning stove. It is approx. 25 minutes from the ski hill in a very nice subdivision just north of Pinetop-Lakeside town. I would highly recommend this cabin for rental and we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

We rented this beautiful house for a little over a week. What a great place to not only escape the heat of the Valley but to get away from the hectic pace of normal day to day life. We knew from the moment we turned the key and opened the front door it was the right choice to rent Eagle Point Place. It was amazingly comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It has three nice size bedrooms, two bathrooms and loft with a pool table, the kitchen was a nice size, very comfortable for cooking a nice dinner. The grounds are nice, clean and in the tall, cool pines. There was so much to do in the area, fishing, shopping, site seeing, fine dining, movies, you name it, it is available. The owners are so nice, full of information and professional. They were available if needed with any questions. We had so much fun, it was hard leaving. We will definitely rent Eagle Point Place again.
