Tourmaline Surf Park (The Beach) is only 7 blocks away! Sea World is less than a five minute drive to Mission Bay. The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Legoland are within 15 miles. The San Diego International Airport (Lindbergh Field) is only 20 minutes away. La Jolla is ten minutes north and the Del Mar racetrack is a short fiteen minute drive up the 5. Coffee shops and restaurants as close as two blocks.
Guest can use boogie boards, coolers, chairs, beach toys or Bicycles.
Our property is a private home in a quiet neighborhood which we make available as a vacation rental to responsible guests. This is not a party house. We request visitors observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Individuals under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. You will apreciate what this means when you arrive.
Please note while the pool is solar heated, during the winter months it most probably will still be cool.
