The Royal Joelton is a 6 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps up to 24 people. Perfect for large groups and family reunions. In light of this home's rural surrounding it's easy to forget that you are minutes from downtown Nashville.

Stepping into the front door you will enter the kitchen and spacious dining room. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the amenities you could desire,the beautiful dining room table seats 10-12. The living area has plenty of seating to enjoy the gorgeous view through the large windows.

There are two master suites with king size beds.

The long hallway will lead you to the game room equipped with pool table and karaoke machine that will provide entertainment for hours.There is also a play ground for the children to enjoy.

You can relax in the hot tub or just set on the deck and enjoy the relaxing sound of the water fall that flow into the koi pond.

  • This was an absolutely wonderful place. We brought a group of 18 to a youth convention in Nashville and stayed here. There was more than enough room!!! The house was lovely and added just that much more to our experience while here. If back in the area we would certainly stay here again...can't say enough good about it.

  • WOW! Thank You Debra! We just had our first Christmas together as a "whole" family. We had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful. The pictures do not do the house justice, there is so much room. Thank you so much for allowing us to use this house and come together as a family. We hope to do this every year.

  • The house is huge, the pictures really do not do it justice. Deborah did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed. She even recommended a wonderful sitter for our night out, and Stacey was great!! Thanks again, and I would definately recommend the Royal Joelton to anyone.

  • My sisters and I had a reunion in this house the second week of July. We had a great time, had PLENTY of room and other than the weather it was great. The rooms were larger than they appear on the site other than maybe two of them. If we go to Nashville again, I will look this place up. Thanks.
