40-2 is a well maintained 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit which overlooks a spectacular garden area with a large lawn on which adults can relax and children can play. It is fully equipped with two cable TV’s, VCR, DVD and stereo. The large and very private lanai is perfect for sun bathing and evening barbecues. The unit has air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for people who like to cook. There is a full size washer and dryer. The unit sleeps up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The other two bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and two twin beds in the other. They share a full bath. All of the bedrooms are spacious and well furnished. This unit is very close to the Dolphin swimming pool and a short walk to the ocean, clubhouse or tennis court.
Puamana is located just one mile south of Old Lahaina Town, historical district, public tennis courts, yacht harbor, restaurants, shopping, library & medical center. Just four miles from Kaanapali resort hotels and golf courses. The amenities include: 3 swimming pools, a tennis court, children's playground, and a 1/2 mile of shoreline for surfing and whale watching.
