great house, great location and nice owners. the house was immaculate, everything worked. i would highly recommend this house to any family looking to spend some time at the beach. located in the quieter section of Belmar but within walking distance of anything you would want.

Gorgeous home is immaculate inside and out. Beautiful ocean views with the beach just across the street. Woke up to the morning sun shimmering on the ocean, fell asleep to the sound of its waves. Restaurants, boardwalk, and shopping all very convenient. We had a wonderful vacation. Cannot wait to go back!

The house was gorgeous, the beach was beautiful (beach chairs, badges, towels supplied), restaurants were varied and fantastic...already booked for the up-coming summer.

House was beautiful and well maintained. Right across from ocean, volleyball club, children's park and one block to restaurants. Furnishings are adequate. Owner insisted on a cash security and then created minor excuses for not returning 75% of the deposit. We would not rent again.
Owner response:As explained to Bernadette, the renter, and VRBO when answering her comments, my Moroccan rug was left stained after her visit. It cannot be replaced or repaired. In spite of the irreparable damage, I chose to return part of her security.
