Nearby there is golf, restaurants and shops. A 25 cent trolley will bring you to all of the nightlife in the Times Square area. Just minutes away are the islands of Captiva and Sanibel. Naples is a great destination as well.
The Condo itself is on the 7th floor which offers amazing views of the evening sunsets. The screened in lanai has table and chairs for your relaxation and viewing. Watch as nature puts on a wonderful show all day long.
The unit has a full kitchen with washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (tub for kids), and a dining area. The living area is open and has great views of the gulf from its high perch on the 7th floor.
