Nestled in the trees on Tahoe’s beautiful west shore, wake up to the beautiful conservancy lot next door. Only 1 mile from the lake, Grizzly Court Lodge is the vacation home you’ve been waiting for. Located in a very private cul-de-sac, just a short walk to Sugar Pine Point State Park and a 4 minute drive to Chambers Landing. You can walk to the lake, the bike trail and the local market. Walk to the end of the street and access great mountain biking/hiking trails in the summer or cross-country ski/snowshoe trails in the winter. We're a short 5 minute drive to Homewood, 20 minutes to Alpine, Squaw and Tahoe City. Easily accessible in the winter!
Fully renovated in 2007, nothing left untouched. Grizzly Court Lodge includes granite slab kitchen and bathroom counter tops, marble showers, all stainless steel appliances with off street parking for 5 cars or a boat. Grizzly Court now includes free local and long distance phone calls.
On the entry level, there is a large family room with wet bar, large 32” TV, laundry and full bathroom. On the second floor, there is a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Lodge includes free cable TV including ESPN, wired and wireless Internet access – up to 8 Mbps!!!
This cabin will accept up to 2 well behaved dogs, $20 additional per day per dog up to a maximum of $60.

We chose this place because it was newly renovated, it has great hiking and mountain bike trails nearby, is close to the beach and 5 minutes to Homewood.
The Unique Benefits at this House
A five minute walk to the forest for some great hiking for you and your family. One of our favorite things to do in the morning is to walk our dogs off leash in the forest for some beautiful mountain and lake views. The walk down to the PDQ market for some of the best sandwiches on the lake.

After renting in Tahoe every year since 2000, we purchased this wonderful home in Tahoma. We always found it difficult to find a nice, newer, clean place that welcomed dogs; we decided to offer exactly that. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place that has nice amenities to relax, this is the place.
