Welcome to our vacation home in Hawaii named Alohilani (heavenly splendor).

She is located on the North Shore of Kauai in fabulous Princeville. From the moment visitors enter this magnificent home they are captivated by the spectacular ocean views below. Perched above Sea Lodge Beach, the crashing waves and breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed from every room in the house. Over 1300 square feet of deck space is available for our sun seeking friends, while others may relax under the lana, still enjoying the tropical environment. This humble abode is tastefully decorated with tropical furnishings and delightful Hawaiian embellishments that add to the true Kauai experience. It is conveniently located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in one of Princeville's most prestigious and private neighborhoods.

Because its North Shore is so lush and tropical, Kauai is nicknamed "The Garden Island." Rumor has it that it always rains on the North Shore, which is why I spent the last 15 years vacationing on the South Shore, in Poipui. It took one day in Princeville to learn that Kauai's tropical shoreline gets more rain, but 80% of the annual rainfall occurs at night. You may get 5 minutes of rain while spending a day at the beach, but the sun will return shortly, giving you a short, refreshing escape from the heat.
