The master bedroom has a king-size bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, the third bedroom can be equipped with either a queen bed or sofa depending on needs, and two full bathrooms fill-out the rest. An inflatable mattress is available for an additional guest. The unit has many windows and is well lit naturally. The home is a single story ranch with bedrooms separated from living area for quiet separation of activities.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the home!
The location is in Fraser, about 2 miles north of the town of Winter Park and located in the area behind Meadowridge. The house is on 1 acre of pine and aspen wooded lot on the corner of Mulligan and Hughes. It is easily accessible with a short paved driveway which is plowed by a professional service.
There is free shuttle service available close by to the ski area that runs every half-hour during ski season, every 15 minutes during peak times.
There is a large 2 car garage attached that has plenty of room for vehicles and gear and is somewhat warm due to being attached to the home. |
