Our group had a wonderful time this weekend. It was the perfect fit for 3 couples. The cabin is even more beautiful than the photos show. It's incredibly close to Lutsen Resort and just a short drive from Grand Marais, but you really don't even have to leave the cabin to have a great time. We would all recommend this place to anyone looking for a North Shore getaway!

My wife and I have stayed at this home in Lutsen three years in a row with two other couples. We just returned and can't say enough about the home. Their home is always in perfect condition. It truly feels like you're staying in your own home. It has worked great for three couples and would work great for a family vacation too. It's a great location, close to Lutsen Mountain Ski Resort, Grand Marais and Lake Superior. I'd like to thank the owners for another great vacation.

My family enjoyed our weekend very much. Very clean, well stocked, and beautiful decor through-out. Cabin is an understatement for this beautiful home. Very peaceful the moment you walk in the front door, you feel like you could stay here forever and never leave. all expectations exceeded.The skiing was memorable for the boys, ate at Sven and Oles for dinner when we got there on friday night.

This winter was a great one for all snow sports enthusiasts with LOTS of snow to play in all winter. We're looking forward to the impact all of that snow melting will have on the area's many rivers, all of those dramatic waterfalls will be roaring soon. Make plans for a spring stay now, the rates are great and the rivers will be amazing!

Jo, We have returned to Kansas and it is over 100 here today, not the beautiful Minnesota weather we have grown used to this last week. We had a wonderful time staying in your home last weekend. Your home is beautiful! We enjoyed cooking in the very nice kitchen and relaxing by the fire. The home is also a very short drive to the mountain. We had a blast skiing and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. We hope to come back to visit soon! Thank you!

We had a blast staying in your cabin and skiing the slopes of Lutsen. It was perfect weather for skiing both days, we wish we could stay longer. Very nice cabin, we enjoyed playing games and watching movies by the fire at night. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed a relaxing Labor Day weekend in Lutsen, exploring, golfing, tennis and Grand Marais. This is one of the most spectacularly beautiful plades on earth. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely cabin.

I just had to comment on how wonderful your home is. We recently stayed two nights with a total of 3 couples in the home. It was extremely well kept, comfortable and you made it very easy to stay there. The view was incredible from the deck and the location was perfect.

What a great little place you have here Jo and Bob! Loved the simple decor and view. We really enjoyed games, movies, walks, sitting by the fire, making S'mores. We went up to Lutsen Mountain - what a view! Did the Alpine Slide several times, great fun. All in all, a great 4 days enjoying family in a wonderful vacation home. Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

Alas... all good things come to an end! Today we head back to "reality". This was our first time to this part of the country...what a beautiful place. You have a very comfortable home. Everyone had a good time skiing and boarding. We look forward to coming back sometime in the summer.

We had a delightful time in your home. It was our 1st ski trip as a family and all 4 of us enjoyed it immensely. The skiing was breathtaking and coming back to this beautiful lodge for rest and relaxation was the perfect end to the day. We look forward to coming back in the summer for golfing and other adventures.

We all had a wonderful time in Lutsen as most of us hadn't been here before. The cabin and setting was beautiful & we enjoyed a relaxing 5 days here and plan on being back next year. We all spent many hours playing games & watching out the windows for deer. Thank you for sharing your home with us - it is so homey & comfortable here!

What a wonderful get away home! We enjoyed the comfort and homey feeling - the decor is beautiful. Spent 3 nights here. Even though we are originally form Northern Minnesota, we'd never spent anytime in this area. For any newcomers. the Temperance and Cascade Rivers are a must and we loved Grand Marais - felt like we were in New England. Went on a sail boat ride and loved it. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely get away. We hope to be back again.

The time we spent in your beautiful mountain lodge was one of those fantasy dreams come true. We truly enjoyed everything from the perfect choice in furnishings to the special little touches such as books, games and videos. We had planned to have dinner "out" each evening but decided to cook and eat in this peaceful, serene and romantic setting with it's wonderful window view instead! We spent our days hiking and sightseeing in the area and it was a joy to return here each evening. We live in Iowa and hope to come back again sometime in the fall.

We had a fine time. We went to Grand Marais, and did the Alpine slide, fun for kids and adults, horseback riding, great! Kitchen here worked great. Full moon over the lake last night from porch and loft, beautiful! A bear was seen in the driveway on Thursday, also say a moose running up the Gunflint next to car until we could stop and a beautiful fox. Next time fishing and canoeing. Great place here in God's handiwork.
