We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was well-furnished and clean. The view from the 11th floor is wonderful. The pool and hot tub at the complex are first class. We plan to return!

This was our first visit to the Gulf and this condo gave us the opportunity to unwind, work (my daughter had online Master's work to complete), be close to the sight and sounds of the Gulf and do a few things we didn't expect to achieve (para-sailing and jet skis)! The owners were a delight to work with, offering suggestions and insight to the area. The first morning here we were stunned to see the most incrediable rainbow and views of the sunsets was awe-inspiring. Ocean Sands pool area and condo plus this unit were immaculate, we felt completely safe and at ease in this wonderful spot on Madeira Beach. As the owners said in an email the passing pelicans and gulls flying past the balcony appear to really check out the number of morning coffees I consumed each day. I loved the shelling, getting up early before everyone else for a morning walk on the beach. We witnessed dolphins from the balcony each day swimming, sometimes within the bouy and shore. By weeks end we were calling it home, after spending time at John's Pass...time to "head home". Thank you again sweet people for this wonderful week on our first trip to warm Gulf waters. Hoping to do it again! Memories galore! Traveling with 25 and 17 yr old. Great for all ages! PS. We got wonderful care from Gators para-sail and Woody's jet ski's!!!

Truly Paradise

I wish I could live in this condo. It had everything we could ask for. My family of 4 fell in love the moment we entered the condo and saw the amazing view and large balcony which we ate breakfast and dinner on every night. The breeze from the ocean always kept us cool even in July. The view is the best! The pool was also perfect for my children aged 11 and 14. It was large, spotless and warm. The condo was inviting and comfortable, and the owners make you feel like family. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your piece of paradise.

My family and I cannot say enough about our experience at Ocean Sands and the owners of this wonderful condo. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We spent alot of time enjoying the amazing views from the balcony. The condo is very spacious and clean. Our children enjoyed the pool and the beach, both were never crowded. The condo provided everything we needed and had many great restaurants and shopping nearby.(We highly recommend Dockside Dave's for great fish!) We will definately come back again!

April 2011 was our first stay at the Ocean Sands. It is a very nice complex with great amenities, such as a large pool, hot tub, BBQ hut, and covered parking. There are a few stores and restaurants within walking distance, and a large supermarket nearby. The condo itself was very spacious and clean with a huge balcony that offered panoramic views of Madeira Beach. The unit had plenty of towels and beach chairs, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice to be on vacation with all the comforts of home. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Our stay in Madiera Beach in this condo at Ocean Sands was everything that we hoped it would be. The condo was neat and clean while spacious that fit all of our needs. The two large bays of windows with sliders were awsome to look out over the ocean. We spent a lot of our time out on the balcony looking out over the beach and ocean while watching dolphins swim and play on a daily basis. We thoroughly enjoyed the view out the front and the back looking out over the bay as well. Inside the counters in the kitchen have been redone and there is a new flat screen TV in the living room. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this condo. There was nothing that we needed thay they did not have. A great vacation spot with all that is around the condo for food, drink, and entertainment.

This is our 3rd stay at this condo and as usual everything was perfect. Fabulous views over the gulf and the dolphins appeared every day. The owners were extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak to.Hope to return again.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your wonderful condo! We had a great two weeks. The boys loved the pool and the Gulf waters. We were able to see some dolphins from the balcony and got a great photo of one jumping out of the water. We hope to enjoy Madeira Beach again in the future! Take care,

Recently stayed on property 7/31/10-8/14/10. All ammenities as described, kitchen was updated with new countertops. Great views! Pool was clean, good size, however no floats or balls allowed(kids were a little disappointed with this rule). Owner pleasant and easy to communicate with. Many nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend property.
