Executive-Level Home on the Lake! We rent peace and quiet, complete with deer, owls, and stars. Be prepared for a relaxing and fun vacation, away from it all, year-round!
Open the base level door on our 3-story home, walk under the 2nd and 3rd story deck with your BBQ smoking and jump in one of the clearest and cleanest lakes around (mildly difficult trail walk to the water). The morning sun view on the lake is worth waking up for!
Greers Ferry Lake has 40,000 acres of water; a fisherman's and/or water-sporter's paradise. Our home is on the north-east side of the lake, within a cove, miles from daily life; bring a cell phone if you want (they work) but tranquility is served 24/7!
Policies: Must be 25 or older to rent; no smoking; reservation/damage deposit of $500. This deposit is refundable after checkout if no damage has occurred. Small, house-broken pets only are allowed with a $125 non-refundable deposit. Full rent is due 15 days in advance of your stay. Any cancellation made within 15 days from your planned stay will forfeit the entire rental fee (thus if you make a reservation within 15 days, you are committed at that point to the full rental fee). There is a one-time cleaning fee of $65 assessed to each rental.
Check in time is 2 pm/check out time is 10 am; Quiet hours are from 10 pm To 8 am (no exceptions, no loud parties, etc.); cancellation policy is 30 days in advance.
