This thoughtfully designed 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home has a very functional and spacious floor plan, as has extras like a 61" HD TV and a Playstation gaming sytem to provide extra entertainment. The kitchen has been appointed top of the line appliances,granite countertops, and custom cabinetry, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably, along with extra seating at the breakfast counter. There are two living areas, one on each floor, 4 full baths and a large laundry room as well. This unit also offers complimentary wireless internet. For outdoor enjoyment, the screened porch is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy morning coffee or evening's on the deck with friends and family-- the front porch offers seating as well! When you are ready to spend a little more time outside, the Bungalo's pool is directly across from this unit. Swim, sun, or brush up on your short game at the neighborhood's putting green.
The Bungalos are also just a short walk, bike or tram ride away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village features more than two dozen shops, stunning boutiques, casual and upscale dining, as well as nightclubs and bars. There are also nightly events in the common area including concerts, and movies on the lawn. Event guides are available across the resort, or from the Concierge.
You'll find within Sandestin's 2400 acres activities and amenities abound! With 72 holes of golf, as well as a full service teaching facility, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and kid friendly activities including Kid Zone and Children's Evening Out, there is certainly something for everyone! As if that isn't enough, we unashamedly boast the world's most beautiful beaches- and you're simply a car ride or free Tram ride away!

We just got back from our first vacation to Destin, FL and we couldn't be happier. The Bungalo that we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean & very modern. We had 4 children on the trip and there was plenty of space for everyone the location was perfect because we were right across the street from the pool which we used everyday that we were there. I highly recommend this location it is also just a 2 minute drive from the beach. We used the Finz beach access and we also enjoyed the resort including all the restaurants and entertainment in Baytowne Wharf. We look forward to visiting again next summer.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
