UNIT DESCRIPTION: Besides its idyllic setting, Streamside at Powderhorn Condominiums has one of the best ski in/ski out locations in Breckenridge: the Peak 9 base area. The QuickSilver hi-speed double-six person chair is a 5-10 minute walk. Besides its ski-in/ski-out location, RiverSide at Powderhorn is nestled in a forested site adjacent to the Blue River, a beautiful Colorado mountain stream. It is only two blocks from Main Street, with its abundance of restaurants, shopping and night life.
This beautiful main-floor condominium features 1500 sq ft and accommodations for 8 people. Unit amenities include free wired internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms each of which has a queen bed, 2.5 baths and a living room that contains a fireplace, balcony, and two queen sleeper sofas. This unit is considered ski-in/ski-out (with a short five-minute walk to the Quick Silver double 6-chair high speed lift on Peak 9). Enjoy sitting on your private deck overlooking the beautiful Blue.
The unit is approximately 2 blocks from Main Street in Breckenridge, where there are shops, boutiques, galleries and restaurants to make your stay more enjoyable. You also have free access to a swimming pool and hot tubs across the street at the Four Seasons recreation center! Free assigned underground parking is included for 1 vehicle. There is unassigned parking for one additional vehicle in the upper level lot on a first-come, first served basis.

Why the Owner Chose Powderhorn
We used to own a unit in another of the buildings at the base of Peak 9, near the Quicksilver lift. We believe this base area has the best location in Breckenridge, with close proximity to the slopes and Main Street shopping.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Though we don't own Streamside at Powderhorn, it offers some great amenities. The unit itself overlooks the Blue River, a beautiful stream which meanders down the valley. You are just a couple of blocks from Main Street. Across the street is a recreational facility which you are free to use--swim or hot tub year round. Perhaps the best feature of this property is its proximity to the Quicksilver lift. Ski down the gentle trail for about 100 yards, walk over the bridge, and oiula--you are there. When you are done skiing, you ski down to the bridge and take an easy 5 minute walk back to Powderhorn.
