Riverside at Powderhorn is a private condominium in the Powderhorn Complex. This two-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, single level condominium sleeps 8 people. It's cozy, comfortable, clean and well maintained. (Click below for a gallery for photos).
The great room includes an attractively furnished living room and sitting area (den), a dining area, and well-equipped kitchen with a bar for four people. The living room features a private balcony overlooking the Blue River, a TV and a gas fireplace. The adjacent sitting area has more seating, including a sofa sleeper. It also has a view of the Blue. The dining room, with seating for six, has a beautiful view of the towering pines above and the Blue River below.
The master and guest bedrooms are nicely appointed and invite you to sweet dreams. The master spacious master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, TV, chair, double vanity and shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bath (shower/tub). There are two sofa-sleepers in the living area, both of which make into a queen bed. There is a 1/2 bath in the hall.
This unit is also equipped for wireless high-speed Internet and telephone service. There is a coin-op laundry just steps away, and the pool and hot tubs are just across the street from the complex.
The unit is steps away from the covered parking garage--on the same level as your unit--where you have a single space assigned. There is additional parking on the mezzanine level, served by an elevator, and is on a first come-first served basis.
Free and private underground parking makes it easy to use your own vehicle. However, for added convenience, a free shuttle stops near the complex to take you around town or to the ski bases at Peaks 8 and 9.
Also, the Summit Stage, a free county wide bus system, connects with the free town shuttle. This means you not only have convenient, free access to the Breckenridge ski area but also Summit County's other world-class ski resorts: Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin.
RiverSide at Powderhorn is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
