This unit on the 24th floor is in great condition, and was perfect for my 14 nt stay. I truly felt like I was living like a local. The highlight is its screened in balcony which offers beautiful views of downtown ATL and nice breezes into the unit in October. The unit is small but is spacious enough to spread out and features a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, clean easy to use washers and dryers in the basement, internet service via ethernet, and covered parking behind the building. The building has secure access and 24-hr security. The owner was very easy to work with and everything was as described. The location is perfect and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, the subway, bus lines, and dry cleaners. My favorites the Corner Bakery and Starbucks. Major attractions like Centennial Park, Georgia World Congress Center, Phillips Arena, the World of Coca Cola, and the Georgia Aquarium are all nearby. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and others.

This is my 2nd time staying with this owner. The condo is exactly as I remembered. Highly recommend this location for anyone visiting downtown Atlanta. Having a fully equipped kitchen and room to spread out makes it a very good value as a hotel alternative for business travel.

Stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights to attend an NBA game at Philips Arena. The location was perfect and so was the condo and it was amazing how easy everything was from contacting the owner to payment to finding the place to getting situated. Will definitely stay here again and I definitely recommend it to anyone coming into town for a few days looking for an extremely reasonable priced place convenient to everything downtown! Thanks!
Owner response:Im thrilled that you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for the feed back and come to visit any time! Have an incredible week! Tonua

We enjoyed the condo and the easy walk to much of downtown Atlanta. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only negative was that the AC unit had a tough time overcoming the heat! :) Would be best for 2 people.
Owner response:Thanks for the review, this summer has been a bear with the heat being 95+ each day! Thanks again and come visit any time! Tonua

Nice apartment. Conveniently located. It was about a 15 min walk to the Georgia World Congress Center / Georgia dome area, which is where we were attending a week long event. Being located downtown made things very easy. And having a kitchen also helped to keep costs under control. Nice perks about this apartment - - "in room" internet access. Connection is via ethernet cable, but i suppose you could bring your own router if you need to go wireless - Pull out couch was comfortable - Parking pass included with the rental. This is a covered garage with an attendant vs the many uncovered daily pay options which run about $5/day and do not allow you to exit and return. Glass partition w/ shades separating bedroom and living room provided some privacy, but not the same as a walled off room. And finally, the AC unit was okay. On the 23rd floor in the summer - it would have been nice if we could have tweaked the temperature down just a bit more, but the fans helped, and the apartment was generally comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for 2 or 3 people, looking for accommodations downtown at a very reasonable price. We were definitely satisfied.
