Completely RENOVATED recently, there is no better rental unit on Fripp Island than this 3BR/3BA Capt. John Fripp Villa. This villa is OCEANFRONT with beach directly in front at all tides, AND this villa regime has ITS OWN POOL. Look out and walk out the sliding glass doors onto the best beach on Fripp Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The pool is in the courtyard of the villa regime, and access is limited to owners and renters. This villa has 3 bedrooms - 2 upstairs (both with king beds) and 1 downstairs (twin beds) - and a full-size sleeper sofa downstairs. There are 3 full bathrooms. The villa will accomodate up to 8 people. This villa offers renters the opportunity to purchase "amenity cards" entitling renters to full access to all amenities on Fripp Island. Cards cost $50 per person per week during the summer. No cards are needed for children 12 and under. Amenities for card holders include 2 wonderful golf courses (reduced greens fees), 10 tennis courts (court fees apply), several restaurants, bike and boat rentals, several Resort pools (no fees) including an Olympic swimming pool, an adult pool with a beach bar and live music, and the "Cabana Club" which is most popular with children and families. Renters who choose not to purchase the amenity cards may still enjoy the beach, our private pool, and the bike paths; rent golf carts through local companies; and play golf on the Fripp Island courses (regular greens fees). Also, we can give you a complimentary Low Country Passport card which entitles you to discounts at off-island attractions. Beaufort, Hilton Head Island, Charleston, and Savannah are all short drives away, and offer numerous activities for the whole family.

Winter: $1750/wk

MINIMUM RENTAL TERM IS 1 WEEK AT ALL TIMES. Multi-Week & Longer Terms Negotiable.
Rates Include Any Applicable Taxes.
Rates Increase for periods that include holidays.
Weekly Terms begin Saturday at 4 p.m. & end Saturday at 10 a.m.
