Completely updated recently, there is no better rental unit on Fripp Island than this 3BR/3BA Capt. John Fripp Villa. This Villa offers EVERYTHING you need except food and beach toys! Pack lightly and ENJOY your vacation. Leave the work to us! We provide all that you need...just read our rental agreement found at the link below for more information.
This villa is OCEANFRONT with beach directly in front at all tides, AND this villa regime has ITS OWN POOL. Look out and walk out the sliding glass doors onto the best beach on Fripp Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The pool is in the courtyard of the villa regime, and access is limited to owners and renters.
This villa has 3 bedrooms - 2 upstairs (both with king beds) and 1 downstairs (with a day bed that converts to two twin beds) - and a full-size sleeper sofa downstairs. There are 3 full bathrooms. The villa will accomodate up to 8 people (no more than 6 adults and 2 children).
This villa offers summer renters two (2) free "amenity cards" and the opportunity to purchase additional "amenity cards" entitling renters to full access to all amenities on Fripp Island. Cards cost $50 per person per week during the summer. No cards are needed for children 12 and under. Amenities for card holders include 2 wonderful golf courses (reduced greens fees), 10 tennis courts (court fees apply), several restaurants, bike and boat rentals, several Resort pools (no fees) including an Olympic swimming pool, an adult pool with a beach bar and live music, and the "Cabana Club" which is most popular with children and families.
Renters who choose not to purchase the amenity cards may still enjoy the beach, our private pool, and the bike paths; rent golf carts through local companies; and play golf on the Fripp Island courses (regular greens fees).
Beaufort, Hilton Head Island, Charleston, and Savannah are all short drives away, and offer numerous activities for the whole family.
