Situated in the Seascape Community, Ariel Dunes towers over the adjacent golf course and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as magnificent views across the golf course to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
When you enter off of Scenic Gulf Drive and proceed through the security gate, you will instantly know that you have chosen the perfect vacation destination! While pulling up in to the building's drive thru entry court and main floor lobby, you will immediately admire the expansive pools (some of the largest in Destin) which total in excess of 11,000 square feet which include several waterfalls, as well as the large adjacent deck areas and extensive landscaping. As an added benefit the enormous pools include a section that is heated as well as lots of lounge chairs.
The newly-opened Cabana Cafe, located pool-side on the ground level of Ariel Dunes, offers a full service bar and restaurant and even provides room service! Destin boasts of over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are high 80's in the summer and mid/high 70's in winter. Nearly year around swimming at the beach.
