Simply furnished, beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath, vacation getaway located in Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club.
This like new, third-floor unit has all the amenities of home and it's just a short walk away from one of the four pools in the community. There is a great view of the lake, second tees and green, from the lanai. Living room features a sofa/bed and love seat, entertainment center with 27-inch TV and DVD/VCR player.
The storage closet has beach chairs, ice chest, and room for your golf clubs unless you want to use the clubs there. (1 set of men's and 1 set of women's)
The lanai has a table for four. There is an inside dining area for four and a kitchen set for four as well. The bar area looking into kitchen has 2 bar stools for extra seating. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two night stands, and a dresser with TV. Guest room has two twin beds, night stand, and dresser with TV. There is a full laundry in the unit.
The private 18-hole, championship, Lewis/Azinger Signature Golf Course is a members only course that challenges all levels of play. There is a fully-equipped pro shop, driving range, practice sand bunkers, and putting green. For a modest transfer fee, renters are entitled to low green fees - May through December ($35.00 for 2008) -and January through April, as well as use of all clubhouse amenities.
Cedar Hammock is a gated community with a stunning 22,000-square-foot clubhouse with fine and casual dining including a bar, pro tennis courts, pool, spa, and fitness center.
