This 18th floor unit at Ariel Dunes I is a luxurious,well designed,1200 SF, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit professionally furnished with you in mind.
Step through the door and you immediately notice the beautifully tiled flooring,the high ceilings and the many upgrades throughout.
Walk out onto your 6'x25' private balcony from your master bedroom or living area and take in the spectacular, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit and relax or have your meals out on the balcony and enjoy the warm, tropical breezes from the gulf.
The living/dining area is complete with a large screen flat TV , a queen size sofa bed and plenty of room to relax after a day of fun in the sun. The dining area seats six comfortably around the table and provides additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The master and additional bedroom, which are tastefully decorated, also have flat screen TVs and a dresser/chest for you to unpack and feel at home.
The master bathroom is complete with a separate shower, garden tub and a double vanity. Private access to the additional bathroom through the second bedroom.
The kitchen with upgraded GE stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, plates, and cookware. A coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items are also here for your convenience.
The laundry room features a full size stackable front load washer and dryer. No need to search for a laundromat.
The complex features two pools of 11,000 SF and a unique zero-gravity design. A fountain and lounge chairs with umbrellas adorn the pool deck adding to the relaxing atmosphere of Destin.
Cabana Cafe', the recently added onsite restaurant, is sure to be a favorite. Their extensive menu features everything from hot dogs and hamburgers to fine dining. Room service will also be available for those choosing to stay in the condo.
A fitness center, coffee shop and gift shop are in the process of being added to the complex and are expected to be completed by spring/summer of 2008.
The beautiful beaches are just steps away as well as the 18 hole golf course, 8 tennis courts and the famous Silver Sands Outlet shops.
If deep sea fishing is something you would like to try, Destin, also known as the "Luckiest Fishing Village", has one of the largest fleets of fishing boats in the nation. Some of the restaurants will even serve up your catch if you would like. Now that's fresh seafood!!
