The lower level offers an exciting second family room with 52" in. flat HD TV, DVD player, large DVD library of movies, Xbox 360 and Wii game consoles, foosball table, desk area with wireless internet access, a printer, rock fireplace, and a queen sized leather sofa sleeper and chair. Off of this room is Master Bedroom #2 with a king sized bed, 40” flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate steam shower, and private access to the lower back deck and hot tub. Also off of the family room is Bedroom #3 which offers a king sized bed, 32” flat screen TV, cable and access to a jack-and-Jill style bathroom that is shared with the bunk room and private access to lower back deck and hot tub. The bunk room has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom, a twin on top, and a queen sized trundle that pulls out from underneath along with a 32” flat screen TV and cable. Also, on the level is the laundry room with washer and dryer and private hot tub access with large lower level deck with seating.
