This upgraded unit has a very comfortable feel. The main living room has two story windows looking out to the Sherwin Mountains. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo with the loft upstairs, providing privacy in all three areas. Perfect accommodations for three couples or a chance to distance yourself from the kids! In the bedrooms you'll find 1 king and 2 queen size beds and there is a queen size air matress as well.
A lot of condos in Mammoth are simple rectangle rooms off an asphalt parking lot or narrow corridors squeezed between other units (apartment style). This condo has a family style feel with a lot of serenity.
There are two hot tubs a short walk away.
This condo is owned by the Nesses and Arnetts as our second/ski home and we're sure you'll treat it with the same respect and care that we do.
There is a phrase used by locals in Mammoth and it goes like this "You come for the skiing and you stay for the summers". It's true, Mammoth is a fabulous summer vacation with lots of outdoor activities at all levels of ability. This condo in particular is very comfortable for both winter and summer stays. We love it at Mammoth in the summer. The grounds have plenty of flowers and trees and there is so much nature to enjoy.
