This small & friendly condo complex is 55+ with one month minimum rental,and no children under 18. No pets & NO SMOKING.
Secure second floor location overlooks tropical landscaping, heated pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. Southern exposure makes screened-in lanai comfortable year-round all hours of the day. Simple pleasures in life are the best,and coffee on the lanai while reading the paper on a warm sunny morning is one of them !!
Completely furnished with ALL the amenities & comforts of home. (This is NOT an average rental...this was our home when we moved to Florida) These pictures are exactly what you'll enjoy when you're here.

we have stayed in this condo for the month of march 2008 and found it just perfect as described by the owner clean quiet freindly near restaurant stores etc.i do not hesitate to recommend this condoto anyone. Jean-Pierre&Diane

We recently stayed at this property and found it to be everything promised and more. The owners were so very helpful and friendly when we arrived and throughout our stay. This is one of the quieter areas of the Gulf Coast, yet close to shopping and restaurants. Nice clean condo, with friendly neighbors.
