Anasazi Village Condos, located adjacent to Paradise Valley (one of Arizona's most prestigious communities) is just minutes away from downtown Phoenix and historic old Scottsdale. Luxury condominiums in this gated complex offer vistas of the 18-hole Stone Creek championship golf course with a backdrop of rugged mountains beyond. There are five pools with spas and waterfalls located in the professionally landscaped 22 acres amidst lush lawns, meandering walkways and cactus gardens.
This remodeled 1-BR unit is on the second floor (direct elevator access) and fronts the Stone Creek Golf Course with full-frontage golf and mountain views from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Remodeled features include granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new carpet, fresh paint with accent walls, dual sinks in bathroom, walk-in closet and 20x20 tile throughout.
The location of this unit in building 12 makes all the difference when staying at Anasazi at it is one of the most quiet buildings in the complex, which can definitely affect the quality of your stay. All utilities are included--electricity, expanded cable TV, high-speed wireless Internet access from a built-in computer desk (just bring a laptop), and local telephone service.
Lodge pole pine and leather furniture gives a great southwest resort feel. Luxury touches include plush Ralph Lauren towels and 600-thread count linens. Your home entertainment system includes flat screen TV's in the bedroom and living room, DVD players, and a Sony stereo system.
Walk to nearby shops and restaurants surrounding the adjacent Paradise Valley Mall, including Target, Dillards, JC Penneys, Sears, Macy's, Old Navy and many more. In-N-Out Burger is just down the street, along with Red Lobster, IHOP, and others.
There are five pools to enjoy in the complex (two are heated including the one closest to our unit). The clubhouse offers a big screen TV, pool tables, and fully-equipped workout room right on-site. Usage of full-size washer and dryer on your balcony, linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils are all included--just bring your food and personal items.
Many available activities and day trips will keep you busy...or not at all! If you tire of spending your days relaxing in the pools or hot tubs, teeing off on the golf course, or shopping at the mall, take your pick of many more options. Experience the fun and excitement of downtown Phoenix, Mill Avenue in Tempe, or Old Town Scottsdale. Visit the Phoenix Zoo or Desert Botanical Garden, float above the desert in a hot air balloon, take a scenic Jeep ride, or experience the 'Fun West' of Rawhide Western Town. If you desire to see more, there's always an easy day trip to famous Arizona destinations like Sedona, Tucson, Flagstaff, Bisbee, the Grand Canyon, Wickenburg, Prescott, and Jerome.

We stayed at this condo for the month of February this year. We can't say enough for either the condo, the Anasazi Village or the location. Staci and Steve were great to deal with and very approachable. Everything is first class....the lovely furniture, artwork, stainless steel and granite. Absolutely spotless unit. We cooked a lot of our meals and I have never seen a condo so well equipped - even a slow cooker. We also had a few meals at the outdoor BBQ's. Right at the foot of the elevator and they are cleaned every day. (That is even better than home!) The whole complex is well taken care of and everyone very friendly. The big plus of the location was that I was able to just cross the road to shop while my husband golfed. Target is across one road, TJ Maxx really close and just beyond that Paradise Valley Mall. Eating places were a few steps away also. You didn't have to worry if you wanted a glass of wine with dinner about driving home. The balcony was great to watch the golfers. People in the complex walking their dogs always waved also. All in all, it was a delightful month. We would have booked next year also but it was already taken. If you possibly get a chance to visit Paradise Valley, we would recommend you stay here. Good value for the area.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, sightseeing.

A $500 Refundable security deposit is requested within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation. Jan, Feb & Mar (peak season) require the full month to be rented (IE Jan 1-Feb 1, Feb 1 to March 1, March 1 to April 1). The remaining months require at least a month stay, but can be pro-rated to stay longer (IE 1 month and 7 days days).
