This is a beautiful new home in the heart of Corona Del Mar village. If you want to have a fantastic vacation in Corona Del Mar, this is the place. It is one block from all the great restaurants and shopping. It is a few blocks to the beach and only a few minutes drive to Fashion Island and Balboa Island. It's also a short drive to nearby Laguna Beach or Newport Beach. I will happily give you information on all the great sites in the area upon your arrival. Dogs are ok with an extra deposit.
This is a brand new home with all the amenities you could hope for. It is newly furnished and supplied with high-end linens and towels as if you are staying in a hotel. It is open and airy and has a very tranquil feeling. There are vaulted ceilings throughout the home. The property is a highly desired corner unit and offers a lot of peace and privacy. This home is a three bedroom three bath home with a direct access attached two car garage. There are three queen beds as well as a twin with a trundle underneath so eight can comfortably sleep here. Perfect for families and family occasions. The kitchen is a chef's paradise with all Viking appliances including a warming drawer and a wine cooler for entertaining. This home has been done with great love and the best amenities including beautiful travertine stonework, custom granite and tile work throughout, and hand-scraped hardwood floors. There is also a Bosch washer and dryer for your convenience.
This home has french doors in the living room that lead to an oversized front patio which is what the village is known for and is perfect to enjoy the coastal breezes and for entertaining. It has dual master bedrooms which both have french doors that lead to outside decks and a custom large shower with twin oversized showerheads. There is a 50 inch plasma TV in the living room, as well as a 42" plasma tv in the master bedroom. Wireless is also available as well as speakers for your ipod. The living room features vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace.
