Harbourgate is a unique property located in North Myrtle Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway. Harbourgate is only 2 miles from the beach, Ocean Boulevard and Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. This property is easily accessible from Hwy 9 or Hwy 17.
This condo is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. The master bedroom has a private balcony that looks out onto the marina and its own master bath. Each guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, with one of the bedrooms connecting to the second bathroom. This condo has a washer/dryer, full kitchen with living room and dining area and can sleep 8 if you use the sleeper sofa.
