Granliden on Sunapee is an established private resort community that has it all, and you can stay in our home to enjoy it. This four bedroom, two story townhouse OVERLOOKING the lake/beach is roomy enough for up to two families to share (maximum 8 people). First floor has one bedroom with full size bed, full bath, and kitchen open to living room with amazing lake views and glass wall sliders. Relax and enjoy an afternoon cocktail on the attached deck while taking in the incomparable view. Or take advantage of Granliden's many amenities: a challenging, professionally designed 9-hole golf course, heated swimming pool, 4 tennis courts, playground with basketball court and bocce, and community beach, all included with your rental.
Second floor has large master (queen bed) with a wall of windows overlooking the lake, a bedroom with a full size bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath. Plenty of closet space. Unfinished basement has ping pong table, and sliders to walk out to patio and wonderful, family friendly community beach. It's easy to see why our townhouse rents quickly. No pets please.
