Granliden on Sunapee is an established private resort community that has it all, and you can stay in our home to enjoy it: a challenging, professionally designed 9-hole golf course, seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, 4 tennis courts, playground with basketball court and bocce, and community beach, all included with your rental. (Availability of certain amenities is seasonal.)
This four bedroom, two story townhouse OVERLOOKING the lake/beach is roomy enough for up to two families to share (maximum 8 people). First floor has one bedroom with full size bed, full bath, and kitchen open to living room with amazing lake views and glass wall sliders. Relax and enjoy an afternoon cocktail on the attached deck while taking in the incomparable view.
Second floor has large master (queen bed) with a wall of windows overlooking the lake, a bedroom with a full size bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath. Plenty of closet space. Unfinished basement has ping pong table, and sliders to walk out to patio and wonderful, family friendly community beach. It's easy to see why our townhouse rents quickly.

Why the Owner Chose Sunapee
Our family loves to ski, and being just minutes from Mt. Sunapee is great! There's no getting up at the crack of dawn to head to the slopes!
We also love being able to walk out our door to the beach....watch the kids play on the grass or beach while grilling or dining on our deck...being the last ones on the beach sipping wine and watching the sunset...being the first to kayak on the glass smooth lake in the morning...and enjoying all of Granliden's other benefits as well. It's our perfect "home away from home" vacation spot anytime of the year.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Close to downhill skiing, but we also have great cross country skiing and sledding right on our golf course. Situated between New London, Newbury, and Newport, easy to get to stores and restaurants. Half hour from Dartmouth College.
Easy access to all of Granliden's "country club like" amenities. All golf and tennis you can play included with your rental.
