Aqua Breeze, overlooking the blue Caribbean Sea, is a spacious three bedroom private villa located in prestigious Pelican Key on the Dutch side of the island. The private villa is surrounded by a remote controlled gate. Many people choose to keep the remote in their rental car for easy access.
Upon entering the villa, a large living and dining area with a panoramic view thru the sliding doors greet you. Make yourself at home as you look out onto the private pool with Saba, St. Kitts and St. Eustatius in the background. View the cruise ships passing by while you have coffee next to the pool in the morning. Evening is a great time to enjoy the sunset with drinks while you watch the cruise ships departing.
The main living area and bedrooms are decorated with teak, mahogany and rattan furniture. A true island look with all the modern appliances. All bedrooms have king size beds with ample closet space and their own full bathroom. All bathrooms have tiled walk in showers. Each bedroom opens onto the deck with a view of the ocean. Our maid, Cecilia, comes 6 days a week and has been taking care of the villa for 3 years now. The same professional gardener has maintained the vibrant flowering grounds since we built the house.
We have 20 years of experience on the island and can share with you ahead of your arrival all information on the best restaurants (gourmet or casual), beaches, rental car companies, stores and directions. We love the island and want to make sure your stay is as memorable as our years traveling to St. Martin.
