The master bedroom, living room, dinning room and kitchen all have breathtaking views; white water, Morro Rock, and the coastline as far north and south as the eye can see. You can relax on the wrap-around deck with your morning coffee, newspaper, do some catch-up on your lap-top, or take an evening break while watching the magnificent sunsets and the night-lights twinkling off the Estero Bay communities of Morro Bay, Los Osos, and Cayucos.
The street floor offers 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dinning room, kitchen and garage. For larger get togethers the downstairs is connected by interior stairs to a complete additional unit of 2 bedrooms, one bath, family room, living room and small, yet complete, kitchen. All the rooms on both floors, except the second bedrooms and baths, have spectacular views.
This home will sleep up to 14; in 4 queen size beds, 2 sleeper sofas, and a futon. There is also a crib in the closet should you need one. The downstairs is very child friendly as there is no balcony or deck to cause concern while the kids are watching their favorites on the DVD or VCR.
Truly this home offers comfort, convenience, views and fun for numerous combinations of family and friends.
