The main Lake boating action begins about 500 feet west of the "maxi" dock. This offers a private and quiet place to water ski, jet ski, provision your boat for fishing, or supervise small children in the water. The water at the sea wall is 6" deep, and the hard Georgia sand/clay bottom slopes gently to a depth of 4 ft on the outside of the dock, gently sloping beyond. This property is also one mile from the newly approved 500 slip marina and 290 room 4 star hotel on Parks Mill Rd. By car, you are 15 minutes from the 5 star Ritz Carlton at Reynolds Plantation and 20 minutes to Cuscowilla. There are great golf courses all over, not to mention deer and an occasional arrowhead.
