Lush tropical landscaping lends a touch seclusion and intimacy of this waterfront retreat. Stunning wood floors, marble, tile and plush carpets adjoin your feet with every step!
You enter and are greeted by a wall of windows with the bay as your backdrop. Impressive decor; Italian leather sofas and chairs, formal dining for 6, casual dining for 5, outdoor dining and more. A chef’s kitchen that leaves little to be desired. The greatroom has a 50" Samsung Plasma TV with Blu Ray disc player, along with a Pioneer stereo sytem and Bose Surround Sound! The master suite looks south and west making sunsets visible from the king size bed. With a 37" LCD TV, large dresser, nightstands and sitting chair with ottaman. You can unpack and have plenty of room for all your belongings. Dual walk in closets complete with a safe. Relax in the Jacuzzi or grab a quick shower. Guest rooms are equipped with a queen size and two twin beds. The den feature a an oversized chair and ottoman with a pullout single bed, additionally set up to be you office away from the office just bring your laptop. Comcast High speed cable Internet access provided. Complete with the finest linens and sundry items available. The laundry room has oversized Kenmore Front loading Washer and Dryer. Have a special request, feel free to ask, if we can accommodate your needs we will. This unique home is all about the location and the view. Only a handful of homes in all of Naples have such tremendous water views. This house is the exception, you can see by the pictures, no little canal behind this home. It’s all water...
