Our unit at Seawatch Inn at the Landing was recently redecorated in Spring of 2008 to include all new flooring, paint, wallpaper, appliances, light fixtures, sofa, queen size bed and wonderful new pillow top mattresses in the Master Bedroom. Plus a new T.V. with DVD player in the living room and another new T.V. in the Master Bedroom. Nothing cheap here! Also included with the unit are linens, towels, furnishings (paper products and soaps). Very clean and comfortable! An elevator makes loading and unloading to our second floor unit a breeze.

Our unit is located in the middle of the Seawatch which means a more spacious kitchen and living area for you to enjoy. Step out on the private screened porch for a million dollar view of the beautiful inlet waterway. A dock to fish and crab off of, a boat launch, outdoor grills, along with kayak and bicycle rentals are all available onsite. Also, enjoy our newly built deck, pool and jacuzzi. Plus a short walk to the Garden City Pier, beach and all downtown fun and activities. The Seawatch Inn at the Landing is also within walking distance of several restaurants.
