Relax on a tree-shaded deck with a day of lazy reading, a soak in the hot tub or a night under the stars. However you chose to celebrate your vacation, you will find that Grand View Chalet and the surrounding area has something for everyone. After a day of playing golf, hiking, taking the family to all the fun places or driving around, you can complete the evening in the hot tub.
Grand View Chalet: minutes away from the Maggie Valley Club clubhouse and first tee, nice walks, hikes, waterfalls, Lake Junaluska, great restaurants, the famous Ghost Town in the Sky, White Water Rafting, Fantasy Golf, and Cataloochee Ski Resort among many other attractions. Also, close to grocery stores, places of worship and the hospital. Waynesville, a quaint town 5 miles away, has great cultural events, restaurants, shopping, and is a great place to visit. Take a short day trip to Ashville to see the famous Biltmore House or try your luck at Cherokee Casino.
