DUNA LA QUINTA is a quiet, gated community of private homes on the fairways of the Dunes Course at the La Quinta Resort and Club.
This roomy 1,800 square-foot home is situated at the quiet end of the street. From the patio, you will enjoy awesome views of the fourth green and fairways of the Dunes Course and panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. This amazing, spacious home offers luxury and relaxation.
Outside furniture, BBQ and waterfall make outside dining a plus. If you have children, they can roll down the grassy hill behind the house, or ride bikes directly in front of our quiet cul de sac.
The master bedroom, bath and closet are generously sized. An additional bedroom and bath are included, plus a den with pull out couch. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open and comfortable. Three TVs, a DVD player, stereo and a fully stocked kitchen make it just like home. There is also a garage and full-size washer and dryer.
There are five community pools within walking distance, one at the end of our block. The streets of the community are also a great place to jog, and there are courts for tennis.
The La Quinta Resort and Club is two blocks away with a tennis club, full service pool, playground for kids, spa, shops, dining, golf course and club facilities, and all the other amenities that you would expect at a world-class resort. Groceries, and other necessities, are all right around the corner. Only a few blocks away is Old Town La Quinta, which includes Stuft Pizza and Clint Eastwood’s Hog’s Breath Inn for dining, as well as a wine tasting shop, ice cream shop and boutiques with a small town feel. |
