Very fine two story brick 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom home 2 blocks to the beach & two blocks to La Barra in Montoya the finest area to stay.
All the finest quality beds (king/queen/two twins) and linens are brand new. 37" Plasma TV, DVD/CD surround sound system. New microwave/convection oven and new stainless steel stove. Internet/telephone/alarm system included and parilla. Separate maid's quarters with washing machine. There are minimal additional charges for meet/greet (keys & alarm etc.) of $30. Taxes are included. It is customary to read the utility meters upon entering to prevent wasteful use. Also a security deposit must be given to Nora to insure respect for the property and to cover the utilities.
