Upon entrance, California's Spanish heritage welcomes you with original vintage wrought iron chandeliers. The living area is furnished with original oi/acrylic paintings, contemporary black leather sofa and dining chairs, chrome and glass decor. Super cozy, comfortable living area is perfect for conversation/reading or just gazing out the bay window at the picturesque views. Living area features a new digital cable flatscreen TV, DVD player and iPod stereo.
The large, walk-in kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Glance out the windows at views of the Santa Monica Mountains
Property sleeps 4 with 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower. Second bath has granite counter top and contains washer/dryer.
