House has all amenities with living room, den, dining area, fully furnished kitchen and T.Vs in all bedrooms plus den. One bedroom with twin beds takes up entire second floor and includes an additional living room, small kitchen, and bathroom. Lovely garden with heated pool, walk to town yet very private. Two miles from beach. Car available for extra charge. Bridgehampton is between Southampton and Easthampton where there are movies, theater, gyms, great restaurants and beautiful bay and ocean beaches.

No credit cards accepted.
Renter must also pay for weekly pool cleaning, lawn mowing and electric
which includes air conditioning telephone,TV,DSL and weekly cleaning.
This amount to approximately $1000 for the month.
Security deposit of $5000 is required, to be returned by August 15th.
