  We had one of the best 2 months in Florida since we started coming to IRB in 1994. Thanks for allowing us to use your wonderful condo which provided a “home away from home” to enjoy, along with all the meals out, sea shells, golf, walks to the Lighthouse donut shop and the best sunsets. This area is full of things to do and places to go. Our daughter’s family and my sister were also very pleased with your nicely decorated and full of amenities condo. We probably ate at 20 different restaurants and can’t say anything bad about any of them. The Pub is just too convenient! Weather was warm, a little above average, but no problem and no rain-outs of any of our activities. We aren’t looking forward to going back to Cincinnati so soon. Time flies when you’re having fun. Hope to be back in 2014. Thanks for everything.

  This condo is very comfortable and nicely furnished. Remodel of kitchen is nicely done. Spectacular views, nice pool area and beautifully lanscaped. Good location. We found the best lobster tail at PJ's Oyster Bar. Would not hesitate to return to this condo.

  We stayed at this condo from August 4-11th 2012. This condo is better than the pictures. It was roomy, clean and beautiful. The location was amazing being right on the beach. And the view is great. Close to many restaurants and a short drive to Clearwater. Maria was an absolute joy to work with, she is so sweet. I would recommend this condo hands down to anyone. Thank you Maria!

  We stayed for a wek this past November, The condo is very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was just remodeled and is beautiful with all new appliances and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the waves will rock you to sleep in the master bedroom. The unit is on the 8th floor and the views of the Gulf are beautiful and spectacular at sunset. We ate all our meals out on the balcony each evening. The grounds of the building are very well maintained. The pool area was just recently remodeled with all new pavers on the deck and the pool refinished. The beach area is very clean and quiet, away from the crowds. You'll love the white powdered sand. I'm not much of a walker, but found myself taking long walks along the beach everyday. You can walk for miles in each direction and not reach the end. You can't go wrong staying here. We plan on coming back next year.

  We have stayed in this condo on several occasions. It started out great and continues to get better with each stay! The owners are always updating to make the living space modern and comfortable. The condo is very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has had a complete make-over with granite counter tops and all new appliances. Even the eating and cooking utensils are new. The stacked washer and dryer are a wonderful convenience. The best part about this property is the spectacular view. We watched dolphins and sunsets every day from the spacious balcony. The owners of this condo are meticulous and want to insure that you have a good stay.We appreciate all they do!

  I had the good fortune of staying here just after the owners remodeled the kitchen. Everything is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. The views are fabulous. The view from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony are looking upon the Gulf and I must say at every point in the day, it is breathtaking. Maria and Henry, count us in next year, same week. The Magnusson family. Chicago

  We have stayed in Sandcastle a few times before. Maria's place is one of the best we have stayed in. Very spacious, and very well decorated. You can tell they have tremendous pride in owning this beautiful condo. Beautiful furniture, lovely pictures decorating the walls, very comfortable beds, and just about everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.....it's all there. The kitchen is a little dated, but I think Maria has plans to do some work there in the fall........ it is fine now, but she just wants to make it better. The unit was SPOTLESS when we moved in. Sandcastle is close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants (check out wings at JDs, and the same at Woody's) Maria was awesome to work with.... You will not be disappointed if you book this condo...it truly is a home away from home! Thanks Maria, Your place is great!

  We stayed here one week and absolutely loved everything about it! Fully equipped, great pool and beach, beautiful and comfortable accomodations. Can tell owners really care about their condo. Highly recommend this place
