You will love our Koa wood custom cabinets and granite counter tops throughout. We
installed Italian porcelain floors in the living area, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as new carpet in the bedrooms. Our new bathrooms have beautiful Italian porcelain showers. We furnished the villa with new furniture in the living room, dining room and bedrooms. There are three flat screen TV's, a VCR and an IPOD docking station, new appliances, including a washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a King bed in the 2nd bedroom that may be made into 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room.

This ground floor condo is on the 10th fairway of the Bay course. Enjoy any of the 5 beaches where you may snorkel with giant sea turtles, swim or sun bathe. The beaches are awesome!
You may also enjoy great surfing nearby. Swim in any of the 4 swimming pools in the resort.
The Ritz Hotel also has a gorgeous pool!
We have complimentary air-conditioned Kapalua Resort door to door Shuttle service to any of the local beaches, restaurants, the Ritz Hotel, golf courses, tennis courts, Kapalua Shops and the General Store.
We also love to hike the many walking trails. If you like tennis,
visit the outstanding 5 start tennis facility next to the club house. If you like golf, play
Kapalua Bay or the Plantation course.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We take the shuttle to all restaurants, shops and the Ritz in Kapalua. Pineapple Grill is a short walk and Merriman's is just down the street from Pineapple Grill. We don't play golf, however, we enjoy being on the 10th fairway as it is very peaceful and our ocean view and sunsets are wonderful!

Great condo in best part of the island

The condo was a great spot for my family. It was very comfortable, with a nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The lanais were great too - they overlook the golf course, with the ocean in the background. It's a great spot to sit and watch the sunset. The location is excellent as well. We've been to Maui a 1/2 dozen times, and Kapalua is the best spot on the island. The condo has access to excellent beaches, and has great areas to walk (we would walk in the morning from the condo to the Honolua store for breakfest). We also could walk to the Ritz to use their pool (they have a great kid's pool, and their food is very good). I would highly recommend this place.

We've to Maui more times than I have fingers so I'm not sure exactly how many times, but this was the first time we stayed in Kapalua. What a brilliant discovery! The unit was nicely remodeled, clean, and very private. The beds were comfortable. We've stayed in many golf course rentals throughout Hawaii and the view from this unit is my favorite, especially at sunset. It's very serene, thanks to the beautiful trees around the golf course, although the golf maintenance people do make a noise in the mornings when they groom the course. There are several pools at the Golf Villas but we only visited the one near this unit. I was pleasantly surprised, the pool area is excellent. The location of the Golf Villas is also excellent - very quiet yet close to 4 beaches. When you visit make sure you research the area, there is so much to discover. This unit will be our first choice if we're fortunate enough to return. There was something very comforting about returning to it after a long day of driving and exploring.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
